From I-70 West and East, take Exit 203 to Frisco/Breckenridge. Head South on Hwy 9 for approximately 1.5 miles. At the 7th light take a right onto Peak One Drive, there will be a large sign saying Summit Medical Center. The Medical Office building is your first building on the left. Park in front and take the elevator to the third floor. Our suite is 340.

From I-70, heading west, take Exit 176. Go around the around about going back under the highway. You will come to another round about. Go ½ around it exiting onto Vail Road. Go to the stop sign. Take a right onto West Meadow Drive. Take a right into the hospital entrance and park in parking lot on your left. Take the elevator up to either to Suite 200 (Dr.'s Viola, Hackett & Clanton) or Suite 400.

From I-70, heading east, take Exit 176. Take a right onto the roundabout and exit onto Vail Road. Go to the stop sign. Take a right onto West Meadow Drive. Take a right into the hospital entrance and park in parking lot on your left. Take the elevator up to either Suite 200 (Dr.'s Viola, Hackett & Clanton) or Suite 400.

How to schedule a surgery

To schedule a surgery, please call Rae Lamborn at (970) 479-5866. Please note: you must have a consultation with Dr. Hackett prior to surgery.

Financial and Insurance Information

The Steadman Clinic is contracted with the following insurance companies:

If you have an office visit co-pay for a specialist, you will be expected to pay that at the time of service.

If The Steadman Clinic is NOT contracted with your insurance company, we will expect payment in full at the time of your appointment. We will print out two receipts, one for your records and one for you to send directly to your insurance carrier.

Financial responsibility is yours, regardless of insurance coverage. Health insurance is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. You are responsible for making sure you are using a network provider and that the proper authorization has been obtained, if needed. You should contact your insurance carrier for explanation of coverage and benefits prior to receiving services. We will do our best to help explain benefits, but it is your responsibility to make sure services are covered and to determine what your financial responsibility will be.

If you have an outstanding balance you will be expected to pay something towards that balance on every visit and /or set up a payment plan.

Surgical patients who have insurance that is not contracted with The Steadman Clinic will be contacted by our Insurance representative who will collect a pre surgery payment.

Workman Compensation patients must provide all pertinent information such as insurance carrier, the claim number, the date of injury, adjustor's name, phone and fax before the appointment is scheduled.

Medical Records:

Please contact the Vail office directly at (970) 476-1100 to obtain medical records. All medical records requests require a release to be signed.

Concierge

Getting to Vail: There are two airports that provide accessibility to the Vail area. Denver International Airport (DEN), www.flydenver.com, is a major international airport that is approximately a two hour drive from Vail. Eagle County Airport www.eaglecounty.us is the local airport that is serviced by American and United Airlines. Car rentals, shuttles or limo services are available at both airport locations.
